List art 26 of the law on international cooperation

The AICS, Italian Agency for Development Cooperation, has released an information note which motivates and outlines a path of involvement, through an “open and structured dialogue”, of all types of non-profit subjects defined in art. 26 of Law 125/2014 on public development cooperation (CPS), in order to review, in the light of the first year of activity and as far as possible, the existing criteria for enrollment in the appropriate List. But what does the broad opening to civil society subjects and more generally to non-profit subjects mean in the law? It is a question that must be asked and from which one must start, because understanding the will of the legislator can better guide reflection, study and choices.
