Link 2007 on European migratory compacts

An articulated document from LINK 2007 entitled “ The EU and the new partnerships on the subject of migration: opportunity or genetic mutation? ” retraces, with critical and proactive comments, the European proposal on migratory compacts. The heads of state and government will discuss it next week in Brussels. LINK 2007 suggests changes in the conception and in the measures identified, believing that as it stands, the compacts proposal is doomed to failure.
