Undoubtedly, much has been done, particularly in the last nine months, even if it will take more time – and some adjustments – for the changes in the law to be fully implemented. In order to be able to express an opinion on the first two years of life of the law, it is necessary to have clear the essential points that represent the choices of the Legislator and the innovations introduced. We highlight a few of particular relevance.
