Cassa Depositi e Prestiti became the financial institution of Italian cooperation in January 2016, in implementation of law 125/2014 which established the new regulatory framework for international cooperation for development. An operational financial arm of the Italian cooperation system, in close coordination with the specific Directorate General and the Agency. Now operational arm also of the EU.
