«International Cooperation for Development» precisely on the implementation of the law 125/2014

The document, adopted by the LINK Assembly on November 13th, is addressed in particular to institutional and political leaders. It is the result of observations and perceptions and aims to provide a contribution to the analysis and reflection for a new phase of the Italian system of international development cooperation, identifying shortcomings and limitations that emerged during the six years of implementation of the new law 125/ 2014. It also intends to propose a path: it should in fact be enriched with other contributions and different points of view, in order to be able to have an exhaustive picture of the problems and related proposals in order to correct legal, regulatory, structural and management limits for a more precise, valid and effective international cooperation, as we all hope.
