Interview with Marwa Mahmoud, Councillor of the Municipality of Reggio Emilia and President of the Council Commission for Human Rights, Equal Opportunities and International Relations to discuss the role of Territories and Diasporas in International Cooperation on the occasion of the National COOPERA Conference.
Territories and Diasporas have a fundamental role in the creation of new forms of partnership between Italian municipalities and their territories of origin. Only through the enhancement of cultural differences will it be possible to strengthen the role of International Cooperation.
