Roberto Ridolfi underlines that after the Qatargate and Maroccogate scandals , it is necessary to extend the stringent anti-corruption rules already applied to international cooperation NGOs , also to those recreational associations which fall erroneously under the name of NGO, but whose conduct, if it becomes illegal, the reputation of humanitarian aid workers.
