In a detailed analysis document, sent today to the parliamentary commissions, the prime minister and the minister of foreign affairs and international cooperation, the NGO network “LINK 2007” comments on the individual paragraphs and financial tables of the 2019 budget law and of the forecasts for 2020 and 2021 relating to international development cooperation, highlighting concerns and suggesting improvements.
